Monon Trail: Connecting downtown Indianapolis with 146th street, with plans to stretch to Westfield and Sheridan trail. For active residents, the Monon Center is a great place to relax or exercise; the facility is home to a water park and fitness facility.

Hamilton County Golf Courses: Golf aficionados will be delighted by the variety of great courses available in the county. Premier courses offered for play include Plum Creek Golf Club, The Fort Golf Resort, the Brickyard Crossing Golf Club, and Bear Slide Golf Course.

Cool Creek Park: This gorgeous green space has picnic areas, sport fields, trails, paved road for biking, and the Cool Creek Nature Center. With over 4 miles of trails, Cool Creek Park is a great place to get out and enjoy nature. The Nature Center offers a variety of seasonal events during the year including a Haunted Trail at Halloween and a visit with Santa in December.
